Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.


We currently ship to all addresses within the United States via standard shipping. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.


Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your package and estimate its delivery date.


Returns & Exchanges: 

At Lather Green, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our products. Our products cannot be restocked or resold. All sales are final.

Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.

Purchases Made Through Retailers:

Please contact the store where you purchased your products for a return or exchange. Lather Green is unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can process a refund for you. Please contact us within 8 days of receipt of your order to initiate a refund request. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.



If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email ( as soon as possible. Cancellations will be reviewed within 2 business days of submitting your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you can initiate a refund request as outlined above.
